How to Replace Cartridge(s)

  1. Ensure that the printer is on, and then open the front cover.
  2. Remove the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly from the printer.
  3. Press down the green lock lever and then remove the used toner cartridge out of the drum unit.
  4. Take the new toner cartridge out of its box and remove its protective cover.
  5. Install the new toner into the drum unit and push until it clicks into place.
  6. Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit by lightly slide the green tab side to side several times.
  7. Place the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly back into the the printer.
  8. Close the front cover.
