How to Replace Cartridge(s)

  1. Turn your machine on and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
  2. Open the printer’s front cover.
  3. Take out the drum unit assembly.
  4. To release the old toner, press down the green lock lever.
  5. Unpack your new toner and shake it gently several times to distribute the ink.
  6. Pull off its protective cover.
  7. To install the new toner, place it firmly in the drum unit until you hear it lock into place.
  8. To clean the primary corona wire, slide the green tab from left to right several times.
  9. Place the drum unit with the new toner back to the printer.
  10. Close your printer’s front cover.
