Frequently Asked Questions

I just need one Brother LC75Y Yellow for my Brother MFC-J435W. How long would this cartridge last in storage since I'm getting the twin pack?

Our Compatible Brother LC75Y has a shelf life of 24 to 36 months.

I'm getting the Brother LC75 Compatible High-Yield Ink 5-Piece Combo Pack. Is it possible to get two magenta ink cartridges instead of the yellow cartridge?

No, that is not possible. Our 5-Piece Combo is pre-packed, so what is included in the package is what you will get.

When an ink cartridge runs out of ink, is it advisable to replace the other ink cartridges as well?

Well, it depends on the amount of ink remaining in the other cartridges. If they are also near empty, then it's a good idea to replace them altogether. But if not, then might as well leave them as is.
