How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Replace the empty ink cartridge on the Brother MFC-J875DW with these steps:
- Open the ink cartridge cover.
- To remove the cartridge from its slot, press the lock release lever and then gently pull out the cartridge.
- Take the new ink cartridge out of the bag.
- You will notice an orange protective packing from the new cartridge. Remove it by turning the green release lever counterclockwise until it clicks.
- Insert the new cartridge into the empty slot and push it in until it locks into place.
- Close the ink cartridge cover.
