How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Here's how to replace the toner cartridge on the Canon PC745:
- To gain access to the empty toner cartridge, place your finger under the silver tab on the left-hand side of your PC745 and lift the top lid to open.
- Grasp the lever on the side of the empty cartridge and pull it to take the cartridge out of the copier.
- Remove the new toner cartridge from the packaging. Gently shake it a few times to distribute the toner inside evenly.
- Hold the new cartridge and line it up with the guardrails on the left side and on the right side, and then push it in firmly until it clicks into place.
- Lower the top lid of your copier and press it down to close it.
