Here are the steps to replacing the ink cartridge on the Canon PIXMA MG8120B:
- Turn on your Canon PIXMA MG8120B.
- Lightly open the paper output tray, and then lift the scanning unit cover until it is fully open.
- Take the used ink cartridge out of its slot.
- Unpack the new ink cartridge and remove its orange protective tape, protective film, and protective cap.
- Slide the ink cartridge into its slot and gently push it in until it clicks into position.
- Close the scanning unit cover.
