How to Replace Cartridge(s)

To replace a cartridge for the Epson Workforce PRO WF-5620, simply follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
  2. Open the printer front cover.
  3. Push the ink cartridge to be replaced in and pull it out of its slot.
  4. Remove the new ink cartridge from its packaging.
  5. Gently shake the new ink cartridge horizontally for around five seconds.
  6. Insert the new ink cartridge into its corresponding slot. Push the new ink cartridge in until it clicks into place.
  7. Check LCD screen to see if replacement cartridges were installed correctly. Remove and re-install new ink cartridges if needed.
  8. Close the printer front cover.
