How do I track my order?
Detailed tracking information is not available for orders being shipped via US Mail.
If you requested to have your order shipped by UPS Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Next Day Air, you will receive a
tracking number by email within 24 hours after your order has shipped.
If you have not received your tracking number, or you have misplaced it,
send an email requesting your tracking information with the following details to ups@inkjets.com
1.Your full name
2. Your original order number
3. The date you placed the order
We will resend your tracking information.
