Warranty periods for ink cartridges are listed below
- Compatible Cartridges are warranted for a period of 180 Days from the date of purchase.
- Remanufactured Cartridges are warranted for a period of 180 Days from the date of purchase.
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges carry the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. You must contact the manufacturer of your cartridge for any type of service, or replacement of your cartridge.
- Jet-Pak Mailers Cartridges recycled via the Jet-Pak Mailer are warranted for a period of 180 Days from the date of purchase. This warranty is covered by the recycling center. Inkjets.com does not provide a warranty for cartridges recycled via the Jet-Pak Mailer. For Details, Click here.
