- Open the top cover. This will move the cartridge cradle to the center of the machine.
- Wait until cartridge cradle is silent and idle before lifting up the cradle latch for the old ink cartridge to be replaced.
- Pull out the old ink cartridge from its cradle slot.
- Remove the new ink cartridge from its packaging. Remove protective covering on the new ink cartridge.
- Insert the new ink cartridge into its corresponding slot.
- Close the cradle latch to lock the new ink cartridge into place.
- Close the top cover.
