How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Turn on the printer by pressing the power button.
- Open the ink cartridge access door of the printer and wait for the carriage to finish moving to the right side of the machine and to go idle.
- Gently press the used ink cartridge down to release it and then remove it from the printer.
- Take the new ink cartridge out of its packaging and then remove the protective tape by pulling the pink tab. Do not touch the copper-colored contacts and ink nozzles as touching these can cause clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.
- Install the new ink cartridge into its proper position in the printer and push until it clicks into place.
- Close the ink cartridge access door.

Our standard HP 60 (CC640WN) Remanufactured Black Ink Cartridge can print up to 200 pages, while our HP 60XL (CC641WN) Remanufactured Black High-Yield Ink Cartridge has a yield of 600 pages.
As for the colored cartridges, our standard HP 60 (CC643WN) Remanufactured Tri-Color Ink Cartridge has a yield of 165, while our HP 60XL (CC644WN) Remanufactured Tri-Color High-Yield Ink Cartridge can print up to 440 pages.
Please remember that an ink cartridge’s yield is subject to change especially if you print frequently and maximize your printer settings.
What is the shelf life of this ink?
This ink has a shelf life of 18 to 24 months. To help preserve the quality of new ink cartridges, please store unopened boxes of ink in a cool, dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight.
