How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Here are the steps to replacing the ink cartridge on the HP Photosmart Estation E-All-in-One C510A:
- Make sure that the Photosmart Estation E-All-in-One C510A is on.
- Open the cartridge access door. The carriage moves to the center of the printer—wait until it becomes idle and silent before you continue.
- Remove the empty ink cartridge by pressing the tab on the front of the cartridge.
- Remove the new ink cartridge from the packaging and pull the orange pull-tab straight back to remove the plastic wrap.
- Remove the orange cap from the new cartridge.
- Insert the new cartridge into the correct slot and press down on it until it clicks into place.
- Close the cartridge access door.
