Product Availability

Our product availability times are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment and which warehouse the products are shipping from.

Usually ships in 24 hours. - These items are in stock in our Las Vegas warehouse. If we receive your order by 1pm PST M-F, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm PST M-F will be shipped the following business day.

Usually ships in 1-2 or 1-3 Days. - These items may need to be assembled, or may be shipping from a warehouse other than Las Vegas.

Estimated Delivery
If you order an item that is listed as "usually ships in 1-3 days" and select standard U.S. shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days), you can estimate that your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it.

What if I want to get my items faster?
You can select a different shipping speed by clicking the radio button next to that option on the order form. Note that changing your shipping speed will not affect the Product Availablilty time, but it will improve the estimated delivery date.

If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day?
This depends on the Product Availability time and the time and day your order is placed.

For example, If the Product Availability time is listed as "usually ships in 24 hours", and we receive your order by 1pm PST M-F, your order will be shipped the same day and you should receive the order the following day. Orders received after 1pm PST M-F will be shipped the following business day.

Please Note: Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
