How to Replace Cartridge(s)

Here's how to replace the toner cartridge on the Ricoh Aficio 2018:

  1. To start, open the top cover of the Aficio 2018 and then, lift up the green toner holder lever to access the cartridges.
  2. Slide the empty toner cartridge out of the holder.
  3. Remove every packaging material used to protect the replacement cartridge.
  4. Always remember to rock the cartridge back and forth for the toner distribution.
  5. Twist the protective cap off the cartridge. Then, begin the installation.
  6. Once you're sure that the cartridge is secured, close the top cover.
