- Works After Running Multiple Printhead Cleanings 0 people found this helpfulI don't print a lot, so hard to be certain. I did have to run several printhead cleaning cycles before it worked well when I first installed a black, yellow and magenta cartridge. Then about 2 weeks later after not printing more than one or two documents I printed a document in which the final 4 pages were very faint. But after running 3 cleaning cycles again the black ink cartridge worked properly.
