Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges?

Both are guaranteed to be of quality after passing stringent checks from Inkjets.com, but compatible ink cartridges are brand-new, non-OEM products while remanufactured ink cartridges have been repurposed and made like new.

Are there precautions to handling ink cartridges?

Do not take out Brother LC103 / LC101 ink cartridges if they don't need replacing. Doing so may reduce the cartridges' ink quantity and the machine will not be able to accurately determine how much ink the cartridges have left. Do not shake the ink cartridges.

Can I store ink cartridges?

Yes, you can. Just make sure they are kept in their packages sealed in a cool, dry place and they will stay in good condition for up to two years.
