How to Replace Cartridge(s)
To replace the ink cartridge on the Brother MFC-J5920DW, simply follow the steps below:
- Open the ink cartridge cover.
- Press the lock release lever to release the empty ink cartridge, and then slowly pull it out of the MFC-J5920DW.
- Open the new ink cartridge package. Turn the green release lever on the orange protective packing counterclockwise until it clicks, and then remove the orange protective packing from the new cartridge.
- Insert the new cartridge into the empty slot, and gently push the area marked "PUSH" until you hear it click into place.
- Close the ink cartridge cover.
