How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Follow the 8 steps below if you need to replace the toner cartridge on the Brother MFC-L2703DW:
- Make sure that the MFC-L2703DW is on.
- Open the front cover, and then pull the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly out of the machine.
- Press down the green lock lever and remove the toner cartridge from the drum unit.
- Remove the new toner cartridge from the package. Then, remove its protective cover.
- Put the new toner cartridge firmly into the drum unit until you hear it lock into place.
- Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit.
- Slide the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly back into the machine.
- Close the front cover.
