How to Replace Cartridge(s)

Here are steps to replacing the ink cartridge on the Brother MFC-795CW:

 

  1. Open the ink cartridge cover.
  2. Press the lock release lever to release the empty ink cartridge. And then, lift the cartridge out of the MFC-795CW.
  3. Open the new cartridge bag and take the cartridge out.
  4. Turn the green release lever on the orange protective packing counterclockwise until it clicks to release the vacuum seal.
  5. Remove the orange protective packing from the new cartridge.
  6. Insert the ink cartridge into the correct slot, and then push it until it latches.
  7. Close the ink cartridge cover.
