How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Turn your printer on, and open its front cover.
- Pull the drum unit out as far as it can go.
- To remove an old cartridge, hold it by its handle and slightly push it towards the printer. This will unlock it. Then, remove the cartridge from the drum unit.
- Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit by opening its cover, then sliding the green tab left to right a few times. Then, close the corona wire cover.
- Unpack your new toner, and shake it several times.
- Remove the protective cover.
- Slide the new cartridge into its corresponding slot, then pull it slightly forward until you hear it lock into place.
- Push the drum unit back into the machine.
- Close your printer's front cover.

Do I need to replace all my toners for the printer to run?
No, you only need to replace the cartridge that your printer tells you is running low or empty. You do, however, need all toners to have ink to ensure that the print quality is consistent.
How many pages can this toner print?
Our black high-yield toner can print up to 6,000 pages, while our CMY cartridges can print up to 3,500 pages. Please note that this may change, depending on your frequency of printing, the type of paper you use, and your printer's settings.
How much will shipping cost me?
