Below are the 8 steps to replacing the ink cartridge on the Brother MFC-J625DW:

Start by opening the ink cartridge cover of the MFC-J625DW.
Remove the ink cartridge that needs replacement. To do this, press the lock release lever to release the cartridge from its slot, and then lift the cartridge out.
Take the new ink cartridge out of its protective bag.
To release the vacuum seal, rotate the green release lever clockwise until you hear an audible click.
Remove the orange protective packing from the cartridge.
Find the slot that matches the color of the ink cartridge, and then insert the cartridge.
Lightly press the “PUSH" mark on the ink cartridge until it latches into place.
Close the ink cartridge cover. The printer will automatically reset the ink dot counter.
