How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Follow the 4 steps below to install your compatible Canon PIXMA MX920 ink cartridge:
- Open the document and ink cover of your Canon PIXMA printer. Then, choose the cartridge that is empty.
- Release the empty cartridge from the slot. Once removed, immediately dispose the cartridge to avoid getting ink on your valuables.
- Place your new ink cartridge to the same spot where the old cartridge was positioned. Make sure it is the same color.

If you got a blank page even with newly installed Canon PIXMA MX920 ink cartridges, chances are ink is not injected from each cartridge. During installation, you have to see to it that all of the protective film is peeled off and the Y-shape air hole is exposed. Try removing the ink cartridges one by one, and if the orange tape is still intact, pull the orange tape and remove it.
