How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Here are 8 easy steps to replacing the ink cartridge on the Canon PIXMA MG5622:
- Press the Power button to turn your Canon PIXMA MG5622 on.
- Open the front cover. Then, raise the operation panel and open the output tray.
- Once the ink cartridge holder moves and stops at the replacement position, press the tab on the used ink cartridge and remove it from the printer.
- Take the new ink cartridge out of the package.
- Remember to remove the orange protective tape and the protective film from the new cartridge.
- Remove the orange protective cap, and then insert the new cartridge into the correct position.
- Push the new cartridge down so it will be properly seated.
- Gently close the operation panel.
