Frequently Asked Questions

I wonder why the colors are not printed correctly. Does this mean I installed the ink cartridges in the incorrect positions?

Yes, that's very likely. If you place the ink cartridges in the wrong positions, colors are mixed up so you get poor-quality prints. Remove the cartridges and reinstall them in their correct positions before you continue printing.

I got blurred print results. Do I have to replace the Canon PIXMA MG5622 ink cartridges to fix this print quality issue?

Not necessarily. Blurred printouts may also be due to clogged printhead nozzles. Try cleaning the printhead first and see if the print quality improves.

How much is the delivery charge for U.S. contiguous orders below $30?

For US contiguous orders less than $30, we charge a fee of $3.95 for shipping.
