How to Replace Cartridge(s)

To replace a remanufactured Canon PIXMA MP495 ink cartridge, follow the steps below:

Open the scanning unit. Use the Scanning Unit Support to keep it upright. Then, lower the document cover and slowly lift it together with printers scanner cover.
Once you've successfully completed step 1, the cartridge holder will be at its installation position.
Open the cartridge cover of the empty cartridge. Then, slowly remove the old cartridge from its place.
Remove the protective film of the new cartridge, and then push it into the slot. Lower the lock lever until it locks. Lift its scanner cover and gently lower the Scanning Unit support.
