Frequently Asked Questions

I just installed new cartridges into my Canon PIXMA MX890, but why are the new cartridges not printing?

If your newly installed ink cartridges are not printing, it's most likely that the ink have settled at the other end of the cartridge, As a result, the ink cartridges were unable to directly feed the printhead with ink. To remedy this problem, remove the ink cartridges and let them stand upside down for a few minutes before reinstalling them.

Why does the remanufactured HP ink cartridge that I received look bigger/smaller/different than the OEM?

The physical difference that you notice between the OEM and our remanufactured version is usually the result of the rebuilt process that we put our remanufactured cartridge through. Sometimes, one or more parts need to be replaced or repaired, which result in slight change in their appearance. But this doesn't affect the performance of the cartridge.

Why didn't I receive the order tracking number via email?

If you did not receive the order tracking number in your email, it's most likely that it's sent to an incorrect email address or delivered to your SPAM or junk folder.
