Frequently Asked Questions

I need to replace all the color ink cartridges in my Canon PIXMA TS6220. Any important tip to keep in mind when replacing multiple cartridges?

If you are going to replace two or more ink cartridges, make sure not to remove them at the same time. Why? Because the printheads may dry out if exposed for a longer period of time. Replace the ink cartridges one by one.

I rarely print, but why are the cartridges getting low on ink?

Ink is consumed not just during printing or copying but also during the standard cleaning and deep cleaning of the printhead.
