Frequently Asked Questions

Should I replace the Epson Artisan 710 ink cartridges if there are gaps in the printouts?

Not necessarily. The gaps in the printouts are usually due to clogged nozzles. Try cleaning the printhead to resolve this issue first. If the print quality did not improve, then check the ink status of your Artisan 710 ink cartridges.

My remanufactured Epson ink cartridge order is below the minimum purchase requirement of $30 to be eligible for free shipping. How much will I pay for shipping then?

What is the difference between the Epson 98 and 99 ink cartridges?
