How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Replacing the ink cartridge on the Epson Expression XP-635 is easy. Here's how:
- Make sure that the XP-365 is powered on. Then, open the printer cover and push the button which matches the Stop, Maintenance, or Ink icons.
- Wait until the printhead moves the empty ink cartridge into the check position.
- If there are more cartridges that need replacement, push the button again until the printhead starts moving them to the check position.
- Wait until the printhead moves the cartridges to the replacement position. Then, prepare the new ink cartridge.
- Rock the cartridge a few times before unpacking it. Don't forget to pull out the yellow label.
- Return to the spent cartridge. Pinch the tab to remove it from the device. Discard it according to your local regulations.
- Lower the new ink cartridge into the correct slot. Make sure it is secured in its position.
- Close the printer cover, and press the Stop, Maintenance, or Ink button to begin charging the ink.
