Frequently Asked Questions

I just installed a new black ink cartridge on my Epson Stylus CX5000, but the ink cartridge error suddenly appears on the display. What could be the problem?

If the ink cartridge error message appears after installing a new black ink cartridge, it's most likely that the cartridge is not installed correctly. Try removing the black cartridge and reinstall it correctly.

What is the difference between your Remanufactured Epson 68 and Epson 69 Ink Cartridges?

Although both our remanufactured Epson 68 and 69 ink cartridges are rebuilt to OE standards, they differ in the amount of ink that they contain. The remanufactured Epson 68 is a high-yield version, so it contains more toner and prints more pages than the remanufactured Epson 69.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee on your remanufactured Epson ink cartridges?

Yes. If you are not satisfied in any way with our remanufactured Epson ink cartridges, just let us know and we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price if the item is returned back to us within a year of purchase.
