Frequently Asked Questions

The printed pages have incorrect or missing colors—what to do?

There are two common reasons of missing or incorrect colors in printed pages. One, the printhead nozzles may be clogged. And two, the cartridges may be low on toner. Clean the printhead if necessary and remove any empty ink cartridge to resolve the issue.

I just installed a new ink cartridge, but my Epson Stylus N11 does not seem to recognize it. What could be the problem?

If the newly installed ink cartridge is not recognized by your N11, it's most likely that the cartridge is not installed properly. Remove and reinstall it correctly.
