How to Replace Cartridge(s)

To replace the ink cartridge on the Epson Workforce PRO WP-4010, follow the 7 steps below:

  1. Open the front door of your Epson Workforce PRO WP-4010.
  2. Press the tab on the empty ink cartridge to release it from its slot.
  3. Lift the empty cartridge out of the printer.
  4. Unpack the replacement ink cartridge and shake it for about 5 seconds before you install it.
  5. Insert the new cartridge into the correct slot. Make sure to push it firmly inside until you hear an audible click.
  6. Close the front door.
  7. Wait until the printer stops priming the ink. You will know it’s complete when the power light stops flashing.
