Frequently Asked Questions

I am getting very light printouts with my Epson Workforce 630. What could be the problem?

If youre getting very light printouts, it could mean one of two things: ink may be running low in one or more of the Epson Workforce 630 ink cartridges or some of the nozzles in the printhead may be clogged.

Is a remanufactured Epson ink cartridge inferior to a genuine or compatible cartridge?

Our remanufactured Epson ink cartridge is rebuilt following strict OE standards. So, there should be no difference in printing performance, output quality, and page yield with this remanufactured version.

What is the difference between the Epson 127 and Epson 126 ink cartridges?

The Epson 127 is an extra high capacity ink cartridge, which contains more ink and prints more pages than the high-yield Epson 126.
