Frequently Asked Questions

How would I know if one of the ink cartridges on my Epson Workforce WF-7010 is running low on ink?

When one of the ink cartridges on your WF-7010 is low on ink, the ink out light keeps flashing. You may continue printing when this happens, but make sure to order a new ink cartridge as soon as you can.

Why must I leave empty ink cartridges in my Epson printer until I've got replacement cartridges on hand?

You must leave empty ink cartridges in your printer until you are ready to install new ones to prevent the printhead nozzles from drying out.

I'm getting the Epson 127 9-Pack Extra High Yield Remanufactured Ink Cartridges. Up to how long can I store the unused ink cartridges from this pack?

Our remanufactured Epson ink cartridges can last for 18 to 24 months in storage. Just make sure to keep them in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry location.
