Frequently Asked Questions

How would I know if it's time to replace one of the ink cartridges on my HP Designjet 70?

A flashing pump icon often appears when one of the ink cartridges on your HP Designjet 70 printer display is running out of ink. Replace it immediately before you resume printing.

How do the ink cartridge and the printhead differ?

The ink cartridges and the printheads are separate components inside your HP Designjet. The ink cartridge serves as the reservoir containing the ink that is used for printing, while the printhead is the one responsible for placing minute droplets of ink onto the paper.
