How To Replace Cartridge

Plug your HP Deskjet 2050 to an electric outlet and press its power button. Then, slide sheets of paper into its input tray.
Lower your printer’s cartridge access door and wait for its carriage to stop moving. Then, release the cartridge from its slot by pressing it down, and then pulling towards you.
Unpack the replacement cartridge. You should keep your hands off its contacts as touching them can cause connection problem.
Slide the cartridge in and push upwards to snap into position.
