How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Installing a new ink cartridge in your HP Deskjet 5420 printer is hassle-free. Here's how to do it:
- Confirm that the printer is switched on, then open the printer cover. The ink cartridge cradle will move to the right side of the printer once you do.
- Once it stops moving, press down on the ink cartridge you want to replace, then slide it out of the cradle to remove it.
