Frequently Asked Questions
I installed the Remanufactured HP 29 Black Ink Cartridge for my HP Deskjet 600, but how come I printed only around 500 pages with it?
The print cartridge life depends on many factors that include print coverage, frequency of use, selected print mode, and the type of print job. If most of your printed pages have more than 5% coverage and contain a lot of graphics and images, then it's really likely that you'll get below the estimated 650 page yield.
Why should I take extra caution not to touch the contacts or nozzles of the new cartridge during installation?
You should not touch the contacts or nozzles of the new ink cartridge because skin oil may cause print quality issues.
