Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the tri-color cartridge and the single color cartridge?

A tri-color cartridge contains cyan, magenta, and yellow inks, while a single color cartridge contains only, as its name implies, a single color like yellow. The main advantage of the tri-color over the single color cartridge is that it is smaller than three separate color cartridges, so the Deskjet 6840 has a compact size too.

Is it ideal to get the Remanufactured HP 96 Black High-Yield for my HP Deskjet 6840?

Well, it depends on your printer use. If you are a heavy printer user, the Remanufactured High-Yield HP 96 Black makes a better option.

If I placed my order before 3:00PM PST, will it ship the same day?

Yes, if the order is placed on weekdays and Saturdays. But if you placed it on a Sunday, holiday, or after 3:00PM, it will be shipped the next business day.
