Frequently Asked Questions
I just installed a new ink cartridge on my HP Deskjet 712, but why did the print cartridge light continue to blink after doing so?
If the print cartridge light continues to blink after installing a new ink cartridge, it's most likely that you installed the wrong cartridge on your Deskjet 712. Remove the cartridge to verify. Replace it if necessary.
Why should I take extra care when removing the protective tape from the new ink cartridge?
You should be careful when handling the new ink cartridge because touching its copper contacts or ink nozzles may lead to bad electrical connections and clogs.
I'd like to cancel my order—is it possible?
Yes, if the order is not yet out for shipping. If it's already out for delivery, you may return the item back to us once it arrived and we'll give you a refund.
