How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Get your HP Deskjet F2212 All-in-One running by replacing its cartridges once it runs out of ink. Here are the steps:
- Turn the printer on. See to it that a blank A4 white paper is in the input tray.
- Open the cartridge door located in front. The ink cartridge carriage will move to the center of the printer. Wait until it stops moving and stops making sounds.
- Press down the installed ink cartridge lightly to release it.
- Pull the cartridge out of the slot.
- Next, get your new ink cartridge. Remove it from its packaging. Pull the pink tab to remove the protective vinyl film. Be careful not to touch the copper contacts and ink nozzles.
- Push the cartridge to the carriage slot until it snaps into place.
- Close the cartridge door.
