- Open the cartridge door. Wait until the carriage is idle and silent before you continue.
- Lightly press down on a cartridge to release it, and then pull the cartridge out of the printer.

- Insert the new cartridge forward into the empty slot, and then press the cartridge firmly into its slot until it clicks into place.
- Close the cartridge access door.
