How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Check if your HP Envy 4501 printer is open. If it isn’t, plug it into an electric outlet and push down its power button. Then, put paper.
- Lift its cartridge access door to reveal the cartridges. Select the cartridge that you will replace. Open its open the lid, push the cartridge in and pull upwards.
- Grab your new cartridge and take it out of its box. Be sure to remove the pink pull tab underneath.
- Push the new cartridge into the slot. Firmly push down to stay secure. Close down the lid and the access door.
