How to Replace Cartridge(s)

Replacing toner cartridges for the HP LaserJet Enterprise Color Flow MFP M575c is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the front door. Make sure it is completely open.
  2. Grasp the handle of the old toner cartridge to be replaced and pull it out.
  3. Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging.
  4. Grasp the new toner cartridge at both sides and gently rock it to distribute toner inside evenly.
  5. Remove protective covering on the new toner cartridge. Be careful not to touch the green roller to avoid damage.
  6. Align the new toner cartridge with its corresponding slot.
  7. Insert new toner cartridge in until it clicks into place.
  8. Close the front door.
