How to Replace Cartridge(s)

Follow this simple guide on replacing the ink cartridge in your HP Officejet 4110xi printer:

  1. Switch on your printer, then lift open the print cartridge access door located at the right side of the printer.
  2. The print carriage will move into view, and when it stops, push down on the used ink cartridge to release it. Pull it out of the slot toward you.
  3. Unpack the new ink cartridge. Carefully remove its sealing tape without touching the copper contacts or ink nozzles.
  4. Push the new ink cartridge into the slot at a slight angle until it clicks into place.
  5. Close the print cartridge access door.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does page yield mean?

This refers to the number of printed pages your ink cartridge can produce. But the number you'll actually get may vary because it's just an estimate. The page yield is reliant on several factors, like the settings of your HP Officejet 4110xi printer, type of paper used, and how often you use the printer itself.

Why is it better to get multiple ink cartridges?

Running out of ink in the middle of a print job without a spare is inconvenient, but not if you have several extras. The HP 56 and HP 57 Remanufactured 3-Piece Combo Pack offered by Inkjets.com comes with 2 black cartridges and 1 tri-color. Their page yield allows for uninterrupted printing, but at a fraction of the cost of OEMs.
