Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to immediately replace the ink cartridges on my HP Officejet 4215XI when printing problems occur?

No. If you are experiencing printing issues, you must first print a Self-Test Report to verify what's causing the problem. If the report shows streaks, then you might need to clean the printhead to unclog the nozzles. But, if the report shows missing color bars, then one or more ink cartridges might be running low on ink, so replace the 'problem' ink cartridge before you continue printing.

Why do I have to install the new ink cartridge immediately after removing the plastic tape?

You have to install the new ink cartridge immediately after removing the plastic tape to prevent the ink from drying in the nozzles.

Do you offer corporate discounts?
