Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Tri-Color ink and Photo ink?

Tri-color ink is generally used for colored documents. If you want to do regular colored printing, this is the cartridge for you. If you want to be able to print high quality photos, we suggest using the Photo ink cartridge. This cartridge will give you the best results for clear and vivid photos.

Is a remanufactured cartridge an old cartridge?

Technically, yes. Remanufactured cartridges are cartridges that have been cleaned and recycled for use. However, these have been carefully inspected and tested to make sure that they’ll work with your printer.

Are remanufactured cartridges really good for the environment?

When you buy a remanufactured cartridge, you’re buying a cartridge that’s been carefully recycled. These have been cleaned and tested, and become useable again instead of being turned into printer waste. Aside from lessening trash, these cartridges also minimize the environmental impact of having to make brand new cartridges.
