How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Turn your printer on, and lift the print carriage access door.
- When the carriage stops and is idle, press down and lift the latch on the old cartridge.
- Pull the old cartridge out of its slot.
- Unpack your new ink and pull the tab to remove the plastic tape.
- Slide the new cartridge into its corresponding slot. Push it in, until you hear it click into place.
- Close your printer’s carriage access door.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need both Tri-Color ink and Photo inks?
For standard printing jobs like monochrome or colored documents, you’ll need a black ink and a tri-color ink cartridge. But if you want to print high-quality photos, we suggest swapping your your black ink with the photo ink for better outputs.
