  1. Make sure that your Officejet 7510 is on. Then, open the ink cartridge access door and wait until the carriage is silent and idle before you continue.
  2. Push the cartridge that needs replacement to release it from its slot, and then pull it toward you to remove it from the printer. .
  3. Get the new ink cartridge package. Remove the new cartridge from the package and peel off the protective tape to ensure proper flow of ink from the cartridge.
  4. Slide the new cartridge into the correct slot. Make sure to push it forward until it locks into place.
