How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Install new ink cartridges into the HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One by following these steps:
- Press the Power button to turn on the HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One printer.
- Open the printer cover. Wait until the ink cartridge carriage slides into the replacement position.
- To remove the old, empty ink cartridge, press the release tab inward and lift the cartridge out of the carriage.
- Unpack the new ink cartridge and use the orange pull tab to remove its plastic wrapping.
- Next, remove the orange plastic cap from the cartridge by twisting it off.
- Put the new cartridge into the empty slot and push it down until it locks into place.
- Repeat steps 3 to 6 to install the other ink cartridges.
- Close the printer cover.
