Frequently Asked Questions

I just installed new ink cartridges HP Photosmart Premium Fax, but the page did not print when I resumed printing. What could be the problem?

If the page did not print after installing new ink cartridges, check if the cartridges are installed properly. If they are not, then reinstall them correctly to fix the issue.

The ink cartridges have sufficient ink, but why am I getting faded image printouts?

If your printer has got sufficient ink but it delivers faded printouts, then it's most likely that its print quality setting is set too low. Try printing the image with high print quality setting, such as 'Best' or 'Maximum dpi.'

The printouts seem blurry or fuzzy. Do I have to replace the ink cartridges to resolve this issue?

No. What you must do is check the print quality setting and set it to 'Best' instead of 'Low' or align the printer.
